RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A deposit, equivalent to the "Damage Deposit" or "Security Deposit", is due at the time of
reservation. After confirmation of a booking, cancellation policies will apply
FINAL PAYMENT:
Final payment is required 45 days prior to your arrival.
If your booking is requested and confirmed within 45 days of arrival, a full payment
will be required at the time of booking.
If the purchaser subsequently decides to cancel after confirmation, cancellation charges will apply.
CANCELLATIONS:
ShuswapWaterfront.com requires written notification of cancellation.
Cancellations received up to 45 days prior to the day of arrival are subject
to a $100.00 penalty and for 45 days or less 100% of total cost. There are no refunds for early departure. SECURITY
DEPOSIT:
A valid, signed, pre-authorized credit card voucher
(signed imprint of your Visa/MC) is required at check-in. The pre-authorization voucher is automatically voided by
ShuswapWaterfront.com within 14 days of departure, provided there are no additional cleaning charges (all properties are to be left as found i.e. clean), damages or missing inventory.
We do not accept second party bookings. The guest, who has submitted their c/c for payment, must be present at check-in to show the c/c and sign the voucher.
A reservation is for a specified number of guests. ShuswapWaterfront.com requires prior notification of any increase in size of the party, which is
not to exceed the maximum set for each suite. ShuswapWaterfront.com reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer due to excessive noise or property damage.
CHECK IN:
Check in after 3:30 pm.
CHECK OUT Check out by 10:00 am. All properties are to be
left as found (ie. clean). PETS: Some of our properties do accept pets, but ShuswapWaterfront.com requires a written request for permission before a pet will be accepted. Added responsibilities when bringing a pet are, any damage caused by an animal will be deducted from the security deposit (this includes cleaning yard of pets waste), as well the renter must ensure the privacy of neighbours with respect to your pet. CONSTRUCTION:
The
North Shuswap (this includes Scotch Creek, Celista, Magna Bay, Anglemont, &
St.Ives) is a growing and thriving area. If your condo or home is near any new
construction, try to be understanding. If the construction exceeds normal
working hours, we will attempt to contact them concerning start and completion
times, etc. No refunds or moves will be made. DISCLAIMER:
